Instructions

First Step

  • Receive your order.
  • Check the seal of your parcel is intact.

**In case, flyer is torn/or seal is broken do not accept the order**

Second Step

  • Make sure you do not receive an empty parcel.

**If you ordered a back cover or Screen Glass, you should try to feel the size and weight of package while receiving it from the rider**

Third Step

  • Before opening your parcel, make a clear video of opening parcel.

**Make sure, you show the entire parcel clearly, this is your proof if anything is faulty with the package or product**

 "Our Return & Refund Policy Allows You To Exchange Or Refund A Product within 7 Days In the following Cases"

1) The Customer Received A Wrong Product (*Return/Exchange Paid by ABC Store)

  • If a wrong product is delivered to the customer, we will get it picked up for free.
  • Once the wrong product is received by us, We will dispatch the correct product or refund the amount within 7 working days upon the choice of Customer for either option.
  • The product should be unused and the packaging should not be damaged.
  • The product should be sealed in its original product packaging.
  • All supporting documentation such as receipt of purchase, price tags, labels, and warranty card as well as all accessories should be dispatched with the product.

2) The Customer Received A Damaged Product (*Return/Exchange Paid by ABC Store)

  • Customers may claim refund if they receive damaged Products however they must provide video proof of this.
  • Customers are advised to make video while unwrapping and unboxing their product from delivery packaging. This video will be used as a proof that customer received damaged good.
  • If video proof is not provided or video is made after the product has been unboxed then customer will not be entitled to a refund.
  • Got a faulty product? We've Got you covered. Please lodge a claim request with us and we'll make sure to sort it out ASAP!

3) The Customer Change his Mind (*Return Shipping Paid by Customer)

  • Customers may claim refund or exchange a product in case of his mind change but he have to pay the return shipping fee. 
  • Customers are advised to make sure about their requirements and needs before ordering but don't worry, in case of mind change upon receipt of the product, You can apply return or exchange of the product via claim form but you have to pay the return delivery charges.
  • Once, we received your return product, our team will inspect the products and you will have your refund or exchange within 7 working days.

Free Return/Exchange (*Conditions applied)

  • In case of any above given scenarios, The customer can have free return/exchange by visiting in person our subsidy in-store branch located in Faisalabad (Map out via Contact page).
  • Kindly ensure that you bring the order documents (shipping label, invoice) along with original packaging of product.
